SQL Practice Ground / Legal

Refund Policy

All purchases are final, except where a remedy is required by applicable law.

Effective and last updated: 9 October 2026

1. No voluntary refunds

SQL Practice Ground follows a no-refund policy for paid digital services. Once a payment is successfully completed and the purchased access is provided, purchases are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds, including partial or prorated refunds, except where required by applicable law.

This policy does not introduce paid access. Existing free practice remains subject to the current website offering; any future paid service must clearly disclose its price, duration and this policy before you pay.

2. Please review before purchasing

Before purchasing a future plan, review the features, supported SQL dialects, access duration, device requirements and billing terms. Use any available free practice to assess suitability. Contact us before paying if a feature you need is unclear.

Change of mind, limited usage, failure to complete challenges, differences in skill level, an unsuccessful interview or forgetting to cancel a properly disclosed renewal are not grounds for a voluntary refund. We do not guarantee employment or a particular learning outcome.

3. Cancellations and renewals

If a recurring subscription is offered, you may stop future renewals using the cancellation process disclosed with that plan. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, cancellation does not refund the current paid period, and access continues until its end.

A renewal charge must follow the authorization and disclosures given at purchase. This policy is not authorization for recurring billing and does not allow charges after an effective cancellation.

4. Payment errors and mandatory remedies

The no-refund rule does not override non-waivable consumer rights. Duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, failure to supply the purchased service, or a materially defective or misrepresented service will be investigated and handled in accordance with applicable law. A refund or other remedy will be provided when legally required.

If access has not been delivered or you believe a payment is incorrect, email simpledailyplanner26@gmail.com with the account email, transaction reference, date, amount and a description. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or security codes. We may request additional non-sensitive information to verify the issue.

5. Resolution and payment disputes

Contact us so we can investigate and offer any required remedy. You remain free to exercise legal rights or contact your payment provider; this policy does not prevent a legitimate payment dispute.

Where a refund is approved or required, it will normally be returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank; we will communicate the applicable status rather than guarantee a fixed crediting date.
